The Sgn function returns -1, 0, or 1 according to the sign of a number.

Examples
Sgn(-12) ' -1
Sgn(0) ' 0
Sgn(12) ' 1A Null argument returns Null. Sgn reports direction only; it does not return the magnitude of the value.
